Safety

The safety of our guests and employees is our top priority, and we reserve the right to restrict access.

Upper Clements Parks reserves the right to check the content of any bag or container entering the Parks. Anyone refusing could be denied access.

Intoxicated or disruptive guests may be denied access or be expelled without refund.

Behavior

Upper Clements Parks is private property. Threats, violence, hate speech, aggressive behaviour or assault will not be tolerated, Guests with unpleasant and/or obnoxious behaviour will be immediately expelled from the Park, with access denied indefinitely without any refund.

Abuse of UCPS property will not be tolerated and will result in your immediate ejection from the Park without refund. We may also ban you from the Park for any length of time we deem necessary.

Any person who commits theft, fraud, acts of vandalism or damage (breakage, graffiti, etc.) to the property or any offense under the Criminal Code will be expelled without refund and may be prosecuted. Denying future access to the site is also possible.

Complimentary Services

Parking is complimentary.

WiFi access is available through Kedge Courtyard.

Wheelchairs are available at no charge at Guest Services.

Main Entrance, and Adventure Park

*We recommend that you bring your own wheelchair as there is a limited quantity available.
*Please note there are locations within the Park that are not designated wheelchair accessible due to natural limitations. 
*The Adventure Park is not wheelchair accessible.

First Aid

Qualified First Aid personnel are on duty at all times. The First Aid Station is located at Guest Services, or ask any of our staff to summon a First Aid representative.

Food, Beverages, Coolers and Picnics

Only food and beverages purchased in the Parks are permitted. Guests with food allergies or those with baby formula must contact Guest Services for authorization to bring their special dietary items into the Parks. Coolers, wheeled suitcases, etc. are not allowed. 
For guests wishing to picnic, there is a large shelter and ample space in the apple orchard located inside the main gates, as well as areas outside the main entrance. These tables are available on a first come, first served basis.
You are responsible that you clean your picnic area before going home.
Barbeques are allowed only in the orchard. You must bring your own BBQ.

General

Jumping lines for the rides is prohibited and could result in expulsion without refund.
Wearing a shirt and shoes is required at all times.
Sale and solicitation are prohibited, unless prior authorization is provided from Park administration. 
Guests are not permitted in areas reserved for employees.
Upper Clements Parks is not responsible for accidents or losses that may occur as a result of the use or condition of the Park, rides, attractions, entry or exit.
For your safety, closed circuit cameras are in operation in various locations.

Illicit Substances

The possession, sale, distribution or consumption of illegal substances is strictly prohibited on Park property, under penalty of expulsion without refund, compensation or prosecution. Possession of alcoholic beverages is prohibited, with the exception of Park beverages. 

No alcohol can be brought into the Park. Alcohol can only be bought and consumed on the Park's licensed locations. Alcohol is only sold to persons 19 years and older. Identification may be required.

Inclement Weather

For safety reasons, certain weather conditions such as thunderstorms, electrical storms, heavy rains or high winds may temporarily close some rides. The rides will re-open as soon as safe operation can be assured. Most restaurants and concessions usually remain open. Sometimes weather circumstances require the entire Park to close earlier than scheduled; if we close the entire Park (all operations including restaurants and all rides) due to weather before 4:00 pm, rainchecks will be issued. As soon as closures are confirmed, updates are posted to our website and facebook page, so please check them prior to visiting on days when weather may be a concern.

Lost and Found

Lost and found items can be reported at Guest Services or by calling 1-888-248-4567. Items can be claimed up to one week after the last day the Park is open for the season. 
Upper Clements Parks is not reesponsible for guests' items.

Payment

We accept cash, VISA, Mastercard and Direct Debit. 

Pets

Pets are not permitted in the Amusement Park, with the exception of service animals. A limited number of dog kennels is available on a first come, first served basis for a nominal fee.
Never leave pets in your vehicle.

Photography

By entering the Parks, all guests grant Upper Clements Parks the right to film, video, record or photograph them on Park property for any reason or at any time without payment, consideration or warning.

Prohibited Items

For the safety and protection of our guests and staff, the following items are prohibited in the Parks:

  • Aluminum cans and aerosols
  • Any controlled substance
  • Any item used for personal defense
  • All Terrain Vehicles (ATVs)
  • Bicycles (with the exception of at Mountain Bike Park or Campground)
  • Coolers
  • Firearms
  • Fireworks
  • Glass containers
  • Motorized conveyances
  • Multi-tools
  • Pepper spray
  • Pocket knives or similar items, regardless of size
  • 'Segways' 
  • Skateboards
  • Skate shoes or other footwear with wheels
  • Wheeled suitcases

Public Washrooms

Public washrooms are located at Guest Services, Kedge Courtyard, by the Carousel and across from the Pier Building. A family washroom is located across from the Pulley Swings.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds. If we close the entire Park (all operations including restaurants and rides) before 4:00 pm due to weather, rainchecks will be issued.

Rental Service

Strollers, wheelchairs and lockers can be rented at Guest Services.  

*We recommend that you bring your own stroller or wheelchair, as there are limited quantities available.
Fees: 
Single strollers: $6.00 +tax 
Lockers: Free (must bring your own lock)
Wheelchairs: no charge

Ride Availability

We have a strict ride maintenance policy, and we strive to have all rides available at all times. Our maintenance staff work diligently to ensure safe and continuous operation of all rides, however, rides sometime require unscheduled maintenance, and we cannot guarantee availability of any ride on any given day. Scheduled maintenance will be posted.

Ride Restrictions and Rider Responsibility

Guests must behave responsibly while on Park property. Safety is our top priority, and guests must obey all instructions and properly use ride safety equipment provided. Anyone with hearing, visual or other impairment that could affect their understanding must notify the ride attendant prior to boarding. Guests with certain body proportions involving height and/or weight may be denied access to rides where safety restraints will not operate as designed. For your convenience, height measurement sticks are available at all rides, every counter in the admissions building, and outside the admissions building. 
Guests are not permitted to enter any restricted areas.

Security

Security staff is on duty at all times, stationed in Guest Services and throughout the Park. 

Smoking

Smoking is permitted only in designated areas in the Park. This policy includes the smoking of e-cigarettes.
